Estée Lauder approached us to create a virtual shopping experience for the holiday season – and, boy, were we thrilled to put a lot more under the tree when the project grew into a larger holiday campaign that included a whimsically festive holiday spot, as well as print and in-store deliverables.
In creating four different 360 experiences for the virtual shopping component of the campaign, we wanted them to stand out as a true landmark of quality, creativity, and singularity.
Usually, 360 experiences don't take advantage of complex photorealistic 3D renders, but we wanted to be the first studio to pull off renders of this magnitude for a virtual shopping experience.

We planned the 360 experiences from a broad-scale in order to human-size them, keeping the point of view somewhat eye-level. The scale was adopted for everything, including the displayed beauty products, which were designed to be monumental – think of a giant Greek statue in an enormous hall.
More than a technical feat, the environments are whimsically and colorfully detailed – a place you’d want to visit and stick around exploring. The architecture is founded in reality, but with a unique design twist; in 3D, it’s possible to materialize the never seen, and these pieces share this concept well.
Each product hotspot has an elaborate theme and uniqueness, all living next to each other in this magical open space, encouraging shoppers to explore and interact with them and seamlessly make purchases with a click!
Our deliverables for this beautiful and ambitious holiday 2021 campaign include:
